Jesus, the risen Ruler of the universe, and Peter, the bold spokesman for Christ’s disciples, along with the author of Hebrews—each of them expressed their belief in Noah, the flood and the ark.
Why should I disbelieve their witness to the truth and believe instead the testimony of a high school teacher, or a college professor, or an atheistic scholar?
I am a Christian. At least I will believe what Christ and his prophets believe.
It is disingenuous to say we believe in Christ and not take his testimony to be true. Start with the things Jesus said, then add the things his Apostles and prophets have written in the New Testament, and you will be far along in understanding truth.
